Open the Water Tanker booking page (Book a tanker button, or the Bookings section on the home page), choose your capacity, pick a slot and pay online. You will get an SMS/email receipt.
Official tariff: ₹3,540 for a 5,000 L tanker, ₹4,720 for 6,000 L, and ₹7,080 for 8,000 L. See the Bookings section on the home page for the full tariff table.
Use the Complaint Registration form on the home page (Services menu → Complaint Redressal, or the "Lodge a complaint" button). You will receive a docket number and can track its status on the same page.
Use the "Check complaint status" widget next to the complaint form on the home page and enter your docket number.
