When your report leads to a fine on the offender, you will receive a cash reward – a small thank you for your role in keeping our city clean and beautiful.

How It Works

Taking action against public littering is now simple, safe, and rewarding. Through the Smart Trivandrum platform, you can play a direct role in keeping our city clean—and get rewarded for it. Whether you're on the street, at the beach, or near a public space, your quick report can trigger official action. Here’s how the process works from report to reward:

Capture the Violation

If you see someone littering in a public place, take a clear photo or video of the incident.

Report the Violation

Use the Smart Trivandrum mobile app, web portal, or WhatsApp chatbot to submit your report with details.

Verification and Action

Your report will be verified by municipal officers through a field enquiry. If valid, the offender will be fined.

Get Rewarded

Once the offender pays the fine, you’ll receive a reward of up to ₹2500 directly to your bank account.
